Telecommunications outage

Optus is continuing to restore its services following the telecommunications outage, working towards a full resolution.
All Bankwest services are expected to operate as normal and customers can contact our Customer Engagement Centre via phone and chats, but please be aware there might be some delays as the network recovers.
Customers can continue to access a range of services for their banking needs, including the Bankwest App, Bankwest Online Banking, ATMs, and Bankwest branches, while cash transactions can also be completed at thousands of Bank@Post offices in local communities across Australia.
