The new and improved Bankwest More Rewards

We’re changing the way you redeem your More Rewards points, with a brand-new website, simplified redemption options and a streamlined login process.

Here's what's changing from 1 December 2021

Simple redemption options

With nine out of 10 of our customers redeeming their More Rewards points for cashback and gift cards, we’ve decided to remove the merchandise options. Unfortunately, gift cards won't be available straight away, but we'll be working behind the scenes to get them back to you as soon as possible.

Fewer login details

You’ll log in using your Personal Access Number (PAN) and password instead of your Member ID. If you’re an Online Business Banking (OBB) Master User, you'll use your PAN, Personal Identification Number (PIN) and Security Token. These are the same details you use to log in to online banking and OBB, so it's one less thing for you to remember.

Refreshed look and feel

We've created a new More Rewards platform that will make it easier for you to find the things you want. You’ll be able to access More Rewards at bankwestmorerewards.com.au, or via the app or online banking if you have a personal PAN. Your updated Terms and Conditions effective 1 December can be viewed here for Business or Retail.
