How do I change my password?

Don’t worry if it’s slipped your mind, resetting your password is simple.

Tap ‘Help’ from the Bankwest App login screen and follow the prompts. Or, you can do it in online banking.

You’ll need your:

  • Personal Access Number (PAN)
  • Debit or credit card number, and the card PIN
  • Mobile phone that’s registered for SMS code (so we can confirm it’s really you).

Not registered for SMS code? Call us on 1300 440 749 and we’ll issue a temporary code over the phone.
