How do I change my password?

Don't worry if it's slipped your mind, resetting your password is simple. Here's how to do it.

In the app:

  1. From the login screen, tap ‘Forgotten Password?’​
  2. Enter your details. You’ll need your Personal Access Number (PAN), debit or credit card number, and the card PIN​
  3. You’ll be sent an SMS code (so we can confirm it’s really you)​
  4. Create and confirm your new password, and you’re good to go.

In online banking:

  1. From the login screen, click ‘Forgotten Password?’​
  2. Enter your details. You’ll need your Personal Access Number (PAN), debit or credit card number, and the card PIN​
  3. You’ll be sent an SMS code (so we can confirm it’s really you)​
  4. Create and confirm your new password.

Not registered for SMS code? Call us on 1300 440 749 and we’ll issue a temporary code over the phone.
