How do I update my contact details?

You can add a contact phone number and update your residential, postal or email address in the Bankwest App or in Bankwest Online Banking.

In the app

  1. Go to ‘More’ from the bottom menu
  2. Tap ‘My details'
  3. Choose the details you want to change and follow the prompts.

Keep in mind you may have to enter an SMS code to update your contact details in the app if you have not logged in with biometrics (face ID) in the past.

Don't have the app?

In online banking

  1. Go to 'My details' > 'My contact details' in the menu
  2. Enter your SMS code
  3. Choose the details you want to change and follow the prompts.

To update some details, you’ll need to message or call us to make changes – it’s a security thing.

Mobile number

For security reasons, we need to speak to you to update your mobile number. Please contact us on 1300 440 749 for assistance.

If you’re a relationship managed business customer, you can contact your Relationship Manager.

Other contact numbers

If you have an overseas number you will need to call us on 13 17 19.

International address

If you have an international address, to update message us in the app or online banking.
