How do I update my contact details?

You can add a phone number and update your residential, postal or email address in the Bankwest App or in Bankwest Online Banking (BOB).

In the app:

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Contact details’​
  2. You’ll have to enter an SMS code​
  3. Choose the details you want to change and follow the prompts.

In online banking:

  1. Go to ‘My details & security’ > ‘My contact details’​
  2. You’ll have to enter an SMS code​
  3. Choose the details you want to change and follow the prompts.

If you need to update your mobile number, international address or add a PO Box address, message us after you log in to online banking or our app, or call us (it's a security thing).
