We want to reduce our environmental impact and cut our carbon emissions. A couple of ways we play our part include:
Using solar power
As a division of Commonwealth Bank, a number of our branches are powered by solar energy.
In fact, our real time portal shows how our solar powered branches across Australia are performing.
Reducing waste and increasing recycling
We’ve got improved recycling facilities – including for batteries and coffee pods. We also support global events like Earth Hour and Plastic Free July.
What’s more, we encourage our people to run clean ups in their local parklands and beaches to help ‘Keep Australia Beautiful’.
