Engineering Graduate Program

About the program

Over the course of a year, you’ll have access to world-class technology, leveraging mobile, cloud, automation, analytics, data science, virtualisation and API-enabled systems that power the future of banking.

The 12-month program features two rotations designed to develop your skills and broaden your experience, working closely with Engineering Managers, Distinguished Engineers and Chief Engineers. Our program encourages you to build strong bonds and support networks with other graduates, alumni and leaders across the bank. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and technology professionals in an agile, diverse and highly supportive environment..

You’ll also have the opportunity to give back through community-based volunteering.

Eligibility

You must:

• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident at the time of application
• Be in your final year of studies, or have graduated within 24 months of applying
• Have maintained an overall credit average (70 GPA or WAM) during your university degree.
