You might be presented with error messages when you try to log in to online banking. Here’s what they mean.
This means you've entered your Personal Access Number (PAN) and/or password incorrectly. Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. Make sure you check if caps lock is turned on before you try again.
After a few unsuccessful login attempts, you'll be locked out of online banking (it's a security precaution). The good news is the lockout isn't permanent - call us on 1300 440 749 so we can help you log back in.
