There are many ways you can quickly check your account balance. Let’s take a look.
In the app
The quickest and easiest way is to log in to the Bankwest App. Once you log in, you can see all your accounts and the available balance for each.
In Bankwest Online Banking
Simply log in to online banking and check your account balance for each account from the homepage.
Using an ATM
If you’re out and about, you can check your account balance by using a nearby ATM. Find your nearest ATM.
Over the phone
You can skip the queue and use our self-service phone banking options. To check your account balance, call 13 17 19, press 1 and follow the prompts.
Keep in mind you’ll need your Personal Access Number (PAN) and 4-digit phone banking PIN handy.
