Can I switch or split my existing home loan between fixed and variable?

If you have a Complete Home Loan Package, you can choose to switch between fixed and variable – or split between the two – at any time with no transfer fee. Keep in mind that other fees and charges may apply, such as break fees if you break your fixed rate loan during the fixed rate period.

If you have a Fixed Rate Home Loan or a Variable Rate Home Loan (Premium Select), transfer fees will apply, as well as other fees and charges – including break fees if you split or switch between fixed and variable before your fixed rate home loan period is up.
