If you have a Complete Home Loan Package, you can choose to split between variable and fixed. You can also switch between the two at any time later. Keep in mind that other fees and charges may apply, such as break fees if you break your fixed rate loan during the fixed rate period.
If you have a fixed rate home loan or a variable rate home loan, other fees and charges will apply – including break fees if you split or switch between fixed and variable before your fixed rate home loan period is up.
