Due to current circumstances surrounding the coronavirus, here’s what’s happening with our branches during this time.

What’s changing?

In these unusual times, more of our customers are choosing to bank online or through our app instead of visiting a branch. In response, from Monday 27 April we’ll temporarily close all our branches slightly earlier at 4pm Monday to Friday and close some branches on Saturdays.

By doing this, we can make more of our branch colleagues available to answer your questions online, through our app or on the phone. We can also provide essential wellbeing time to our branch colleagues who continue to deliver essential services to the community during this difficult period.

This is a temporary measure for now to support the health and wellbeing of our customers, colleagues and the community. We’ll continue to monitor the evolving situation and we expect to resume normal trading hours in the foreseeable future.

Which branches are closing on Saturdays?

The following branches will be closed on Saturdays, in addition to branches that are normally closed on Saturdays.
