Development and support

I’ve worked with the Group for a few years now. I wanted to move from Sydney to Perth a few years ago and was able to do that without having to leave the company.

I love the fact that there are so many opportunities here in so many different locations. I’ve had the chance to work with and learn from a wide variety of people with diverse skillsets – UX designers, developers, performance managers… you name it!

Flexible working allows me to work on my passion project (a small business) while still doing the job I love.

We also get the chance to take up volunteering days. My team and I always love the chance to give back and make a difference to the community.

As a leader, I’ve had so many opportunities - restructuring a business from almost the ground up, developing strategy, and implementing new programs at a national level. Opportunity here is limitless – you just need to work hard and show you’re willing to do whatever you can.

I chose Bankwest because I saw a distinct connection between my own personal values and those of the organisation. I love being Brilliant Orange!

I’m working with my digital content peers to ensure our website is accessible to people with various forms of disability, and also working to enhance the overall experience for everyone.

I love what I do – accessibility is a huge passion of mine. I’d love to be a part of making Bankwest the most accessible bank in Australia!
