The first thing you need to know is that a ‘secure code’ is just fancy bank language for a password.
Don’t worry if it’s slipped your mind – you can quickly reset it online or in our Bankwest App (select ‘Help’ from the login screen and follow the prompts).
- Your Personal Access Number (PAN)
- Your debit or credit card number
- Your card PIN
- The mobile phone that you registered for SMS code (before we can change your secure code, we’ll need to send you an SMS).
