The first thing you need to know is that a ‘secure code’ is just fancy bank language for a password.
Don’t worry if it’s slipped your mind – you can quickly reset it online. You’ll find the link to reset it on the online banking login page. Have your Personal Access Number (PAN) handy, the answers to your secret questions and the mobile phone that you registered for SMS code (before we can change your secure code, we’ll need to send you an SMS).
