I've forgotten my PIN. How can I change it?

If you’ve forgotten or want to change your PIN, you can do it in the Bankwest App or Bankwest Online Banking (BOB).

In the app:

  1. Tap on ‘Cards’ from the bottom menu
  2. Choose your card or payment ring from the list
  3. Choose 'Change PIN'.

In online banking:

  • Click 'Self service' > 'Manage my cards'
  • Choose a card or payment ring from the list
  • Choose ‘Change PIN’ and follow the prompts.

If you don’t have access to our app or online banking, please contact us and we’ll mail you a new PIN.
