I've forgotten my PIN. How can I change it?

If you’ve forgotten or want to change your PIN, you can do it in the Bankwest App or Bankwest Online Banking (BOB).

In the app:

  1. Head to the 'Cards' tab
  2. Choose your card or payment ring from the list
  3. Choose 'Change PIN'.
     

In BOB:

  1. Head to the 'Self service' menu on the left-hand side
  2. Choose 'Manage my cards'
  3. Choose the card you'd like to change the PIN for.

If you don’t have access to our app or online banking, please contact us and we’ll mail you a new PIN.
