How do I update my contact details?

You can add a phone number and update your residential, postal or email address in the Bankwest App or in Bankwest Online Banking (BOB).

In the Bankwest App

  1. Go to ‘More’ from the bottom menu​
  2. Tap ‘My details’​
  3. Choose the details you want to change and follow the prompts.

In online banking

  1. Go to 'My details' > 'My contact details' in the menu
  2. Enter your SMS code
  3. Choose the details you want to change and follow the prompts.

 

To update some details, you’ll need to message or call us to make changes – it’s a security thing.

International address:

If you have an international address, message us in the app or online banking.

Mobile number:

If you need to update your mobile number, you’ll need to call us.
