Emailing us through BOB’s secure portal

In case you need to contact us and your query is not one of an urgent nature, you can do so through our BankMail module via Bankwest Online Banking.

We are committed to responding to your query within 2 business days and if you provided us an email address (you can do this under the My details section of the My details & security menu in BOB), we will forward a message to this email address whenever a BankMail message has been received.

To read the message you will need to log back onto Bankwest Online Banking.

Common questions:

  • How do I view my BankMail Inbox?

    BankMail is available through BOB. Simply log onto BOB and select bankmail from the message centre menu. Once your inbox has loaded you can read any of the messages by clicking on them.

  • How do I send Bankwest a message?

    1. select bankmail from the message centre menu
    2. click compose
    3. select the relevant subject for your enquiry
    4. type your message in the space provided and attach any files if needed
    5. click send
  • How do I delete a message from my inbox?

    Once you are in your BankMail you can select the message by checking the box next to the envelope and clicking delete.

    Note: Folders can only be deleted when they are empty.
