Here are some things to try if you are not receiving your SMS code:
- Turn your phone off and back on and request a new SMS code
- Check your SMS inbox is not full and that your phone has reception
- Check your phone settings to see if you may have blocked SMS messages from Bankwest
If you are still not receiving your SMS code, please call us on 1300 440 749 for assistance.
If you are doing your banking on the latest version of the Bankwest App with PIN Login enabled, you may no longer be required to enter SMS codes. Refer to our security centre for more info.
