  • If you have a general enquiry or need to talk to someone about an existing claim call Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm (Sydney time) and Saturday between 8am and 5pm (Sydney time)
  • To make an emergency claim, call the Emergency Claims Assistance line on 13 24 23, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
