How do I access my statements?

If you’ve registered to receive eStatements, you can log in to Online Business Banking and view your statements online.

If you haven’t registered for eStatements, or your account is ineligible for eStatements, you can still view and print your transactions. Keep in mind that these transaction summaries aren’t usually accepted by third parties – but they’re handy for your personal use.

Otherwise, you can order an official paper statement to be delivered via post (you’ll just need to pay a paper delivery fee).

Printing statements online

  1. Go to ‘Account information’ and choose ‘Statements'
  2. Click ‘View and order paper statements’
  3. Select your account from the drop-down list and choose the statement you’d like to view
  4. Click ‘Print'
