How do I access my statements?

Answer

While there are no official eStatements in Online Business Banking, you can still view and print your transactions. Keep in mind that these statement types aren’t usually accepted by third parties – but they’re handy for your personal use.

Otherwise, you can order an official paper statement to be delivered via post (you’ll just need to pay a paper delivery fee).

Printing statements online

  1. Select ‘View & order statements’ from the ‘Account information’ menu
  2. Select your account from the drop-down list and choose the statement you’d like to view
  3. Click ‘Print’.
