Once you have had an offer accepted on a property, or are ready to proceed with your refinance, here is a handy list of documents that you may need to provide to your Lending Specialist. Documents required may differ depending on your application.
If you’re brand new to Bankwest, welcome! If you are applying in store, you will need to bring the original or certified copy of your choice of the following:
|One form of primary ID with a photo (i.e. passport or driver’s license) or|
|Two forms of primary ID without a photo (i.e. birth certificate and government benefits card) or|
|One form of primary ID without a photo (i.e. birth certificate or citizenship papers), plus one form of secondary ID (i.e. a utility bill)|
|If you are employed on a PAYG basis, your two latest payslips (must display your employer’s name or last year’s group certificate or tax return)|
|If you are self employed, your financial statements with tax returns for the last two years|
|If you receive any additional income (such as Centrelink benefits or trust income) which you wish to include on your application, we will require confirmation of these|
|A copy of your fully signed Offer and Acceptance/Contract of Sale|
|A copy of the fully signed building contract|
|A copy of your plans and specifications|
|6 month recent home loan statements from your other financial institution|
