eStatements are electronic versions of your account statements that can be accessed through BOB. When you switch to eStatements you'll no longer receive paper statements in the post.

After you log on to Bankwest Online Banking just go to eStatements in the BOB menu. You'll then see the list of your accounts that are eligible for eStatements.
Choose the accounts you wish to register for eStatements by checking the relevant tickbox, then select register. You will be taken to a confirmation screen so you can read the eStatement disclaimers and enter your email address to complete your registration.
Once you've registered for eStatements you can go to eStatements in the BOB menu to view your eStatements List screen.
To view an eStatement locate and click on the account you‘re interested in. Click the date of the statement you would like to access and your eStatement will open as a PDF in a new window.
Your eStatement will be available at the same time your normal statements are usually issued. You will receive an email notifying you when your latest eStatement is available.
An Alert will also come up on the Account Information screen when you log into online banking advising that your eStatements are available.
Your eStatements will be available through BOB for 2 years from the date of issue.
To ensure your long-term records are in order however, we recommend that you save your eStatements to your computer after viewing them.
Absolutely! eStatements are a reliable and secure way of receiving statements. They are transmitted to your Internet browser using 128-bit encryption which means it is well protected.
Not all accounts are eligible - the account has to be one that you can access through BOB, and you must be the owner or joint owner of the account. The following accounts are not eligible for eStatements:
Yes, you can stop receiving eStatements and revert to paper statements at any time by calling 13 17 19 or visiting your nearest Store.
