If you have an anniversary date prior to 31 December 2023 and meet the minimum eligible spend, you will be eligible to receive annual bonus points for the past year.

Customers who opened a credit card account from 1 Jan 2023 - 31 July 2023 will be eligible to earn annual bonus points until 31 July 2024.

Frequently Asked Questions

We're making some changes to our credit card products as we simplify our banking. This includes considering a number of factors including the economic environment and increasing costs.

The changes will impact both new and existing customers on all our credit cards. Refer to the table above.

Interest rate changes will apply to the daily unpaid balance of your account from 8 September 2023.

If you have a separate interest rate agreed with us, there will be no change to this.

There are no changes to how interest is calculated for interest free days.

If you have an introductory or promotional rate on your credit card, such as a purchase offer, balance transfer or Easy Instalment, this will continue at the agreed rate. Once the offer ends, the balance will revert to the revised rate of the credit card. Refer to the table above.

We offer Easy Instalment Purchase Plans to spread the cost of up to five eligible purchases over four manageable monthly instalments at 0%.

If you have a credit card fee waiver included in a home loan package, you’ll continue to enjoy this. The other changes will apply to your credit card.

No, you can continue to use your existing card, your card number and expiry date stay the same.

We’re removing the current annual bonus points offer from 31 December 2023.

If your card anniversary falls before the end of 2023, you are still eligible to earn annual bonus points for this year if you meet the minimum eligible spend requirement. You can keep track of your spend goal and still redeem points via the More Rewards website.

If you opened a More Mastercard between 1 January 2023 and 31 July 2023, you will be eligible to earn annual bonus points until 31 July 2024 by meeting the minimum eligible spend requirement prior to your card anniversary.

Your new cash advance fee will apply to any transactions processed to your account on or after 8 September 2023 (the transaction date appearing on your statement, Bankwest Online Banking and the Bankwest App may be earlier than the date the bank processes the transaction to your account).
