Find your past transactions in seconds

BOB never forgets. If you need to find a particular transaction, you can use online banking to do a transaction search using a variety of filters. You can search transactions by date, name, amount or cheque number.

• How do I search for my past transactions?

  • select transaction search from the account information menu
  • select an account you want to perform a search on from the drop-down list
  • enter your search options and click search

• How can I narrow down my search results?

  If your initial search returns too many results you can refine the search by clicking on the available fields. This allows you to view your results by BSB number, account number, transaction date, narration, cheque number, debit, credit and account balance.

• Am I able to export my search results?

  We're all about trying to make managing your money as easy as possible - all your transaction information can be exported into your personal budgeting software. BOB is compatible with the latest version of MYOB, Finance one,AgriMaster, Microsoft Money, Quicken and REST Professional. In the unlikely event you have issues downloading transactions, please contact your software provider. But if you follow these three easy steps, it should be a cinch:

  1. perform a transaction search on the appropriate account to see results matching your search criteria
  2. underneath the list of your transactions, select what you would like to export and the desired format and click the export button
  3. open or save the file as required
