How to use phone banking

You can skip the queue and use self-service phone banking to manage simple tasks for your accounts. It's easy and available 24/7.

You can do things like:

  • Check your account balance
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Pay bills via BPAY®
  • Schedule transfers and payments ? Up to 90 days in advance.
  • Pay off your credit card
  • Order an account statement
  • Change a password.

To get started, call 13 17 19 and press 1.

Just remember, we’ll ask you for your Personal Access Number (PAN) and 4-digit phone banking PIN, so make sure to have them handy.
