If you’re in a time of need, we might be able to make special arrangements for you. We’re ready to help you with any concerns or questions if there’s been a natural disaster – you might eligible for government assistance, too.

Have the bushfires impacted you?

In light of the bushfires in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia, we’ve extended our Emergency Assistance Package for customers and businesses affected, including volunteer firefighters who bank with us.

You might also be able to get financial assistance from the government if you’ve been affected by the bushfires throughout Australia recently.

How we can help

We offer our Emergency Assistance Package for those who’ve been affected by natural disasters, like bushfires, storms and floods.

We understand that you might have different needs during these times, so there’s a few options we can chat through:

  • personalised solutions if you’ve got a loan, like changing the repayment arrangements
  • restructuring your business loan without having to worry about the usual bank establishment fees
  • reviewing credit card payments if you’ve got good standing, including requests for emergency limit increases (subject to credit approval)
  • waiving pre-payment penalties over the next month if you’d like to access term deposits
  • waiving other selected fees and charges.
