Loans for a property to live in (also known as owner-occupier loans) include but are not limited to, loans to fund the purchase of a property or refinance an existing loan, where the borrower currently resides or intends to reside in the property.

Complete Variable home loan rate for new borrowings up to 90% of the property value and loan sizes of $200,000+.
For Complete Fixed and Complete Equity loans, different rates apply. For borrowings between 80% and 90% of the property value different rates and comparison rates apply. Investors can only borrow up to 90% of the property value.
