You might be prompted to save your details when you log in to online banking. For security reasons, we recommend that you don't – especially on public or shared computers. Keep an eye out for any pop-ups that ask if you want to do this.
To stop your browser from saving your password, you can either disable the feature completely or clear your saved password data from your browser settings.
