- Visit the Cover-More claim portal (you can start the process through the app by clicking on your card, and then 'Manage my card' > 'View insurance details' > 'Make a claim')
- Follow the instructions to fill out your claim – you'll be given a checklist that tells you everything you need to submit
- Scan and upload your supporting documents.

Keep in mind that we need original documents, so if you post them to us, it's a good idea to keep a copy.
