Why do we need the Business Master User Access Number (PAN)?

If you are a Bankwest customer with Master User access to Online Business Banking, we will provide access to the Business TeleNet Saver through your existing PAN.

I have more than one PAN, which one do I enter?

You need to enter the Business Master User Access Number that you currently use to access the Online Business Banking facility in the name of the applicant.

What can a Master User do?

A Master User can perform transactions on the account.

Why is an email address required?

We need your email address so we can communicate with you about access to this account or any other account.

What happens next?

We will ask you to confirm your application details before submitting your application.
