Why we need these details

Before you can take out a business loan, you and your business need to be identified under the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006. The personal and business information, together with any supporting documents, allows us to verify your identity. This applies to all individuals associated with an application.
