About the program

Customer expectations are rising and, in today’s marketplace, it’s no longer enough to provide a solid product or competitive price point. An organisation’s brand is built or broken on its customer service. We work in a fast-paced agile environment to respond to customer needs in innovative ways.

Over the course of the program, you’ll develop the skills, knowledge and experience you need for an exciting career in the customer experience team. You’ll work with a wide network of experienced people to help build your capability and confidence to deliver the best customer outcomes. You’ll also be mentored by senior leaders, helping you to get the best graduate experience.

Program structure

With a focus on customer experience, this two-year program gives you a broad understanding of banking, and lets you experience a variety of roles and responsibilities through rotations.

Our program includes rotations in areas such as:

  • Customer Strategy
  • Service Design
  • Brand and Marketing
  • Tribe and squad teams.

What it takes

We're looking for people who:

  • are passionate about delivering amazing customer experiences
  • show leadership potential and the ability to work well in collaborative team environments
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to communicate with, impact and establish relationships with stakeholders
  • demonstrate structured problem solving and analytical skills.

Eligibility criteria

You must:

  • have an Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency at the time you submit your application
  • have a grade point average of 65% or over
  • be in the final year of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or have completed your studies in the last 12 months (our technology program also accepts TAFE qualifications).
