Risk Management Graduate Program

In the Bankwest Risk graduate program, you’ll gain exposure to the inner workings of a bank and understand the importance of managing credit, strategic and operational risk and compliance in Bankwest.

Colleagues on this two-year graduate program will work closely with the wider CBA group to help establish risk frameworks. You will also develop risk policies, principle standards, methodologies and measurements and support Bankwest’s Risk Culture.

Bankwest Risk Management supports Bankwest to effectively optimise returns while managing risk within its appetite. We provide operational and compliance risk advice and oversight, develop and implement credit strategy and credit analytics and implement Group risk frameworks within Bankwest.

We also make retail and business credit decisions, undertake Bankwest’s retail collections and recoveries activities and provide hardship solutions to Bankwest customers.
