  • What is the standard recruitment process?

The recruitment process may vary for each role. Typically, our Talent Acquisition Partners will review your CV against the purpose of the role. If you have the suitable skills and drive, we’ll call you for a phone conversation and/or you’ll be asked to complete an online assessment. From there, you will either attend a series of interviews or an assessment centre to show your values, skills and experience. Bankwest completes comprehensive background checks to people being offered roles and these are completed before you are able to start with us.

  • How long will the recruitment process take?

Timing can vary but we try to give you as much information about Bankwest and the role you’ll be doing so you can make the right decision to join us. Our aim is to keep you informed about your progress so you know what is going on at every stage.

  • How long after submitting my CV will I hear from Bankwest?

We aim to respond to all applicants as quickly as possible. Once you’ve applied for a role you should receive an automated response confirming that we have received your application. You should receive a response from the Talent Acquisition Partner within 10 working days.
