This tool works by generating personalised letters and/or faxes advising service providers or creditors you may have direct debit and/or credit arrangements with of your new banking details - here's a sample letter and fax.

Using this tool is a fee-free and pain-free* process. So let's get started.

How it works

What you need

It's a good idea to have the details you'll need on hand before you begin the process, as this tool will time out after a period of inactivity.
	To Switch payments on a Transaction Account - the BSB and account number of both your BankWest and other transaction account.
	To switch payments on a Credit Card - the card number and expiry date of your BankWest and other credit card.
	Details of the payments coming out of your credit card or transaction account - bills and statements are a good place to start.
	A pen to jot down reminders to yourself and to sign the letters and faxes that will be generated.
