They have mandatory criteria and present the information in the same way so that you can compare and select the most appropriate home loan for your needs.

The information is based on interest rates and fees and charges that apply at the date of production of the Home Loan Key Facts Sheet. The Home Loan Key Facts Sheet does not reflect other fees, such as those fees which are dependant on an event which may not occur. A full list of fees is provided in your Home Loan contract. The amount of repayments shown will also change if rates or fees and charges change, or if a different product, loan term or loan amount is used.
You can obtain a Home Loan Key Facts Sheet from lenders. The Home Loan Key Facts Sheet will apply the interest rates, fees and charges of a particular loan for the date the Home Loan Key Facts Sheet is produced.
