Increasing the credit limit on your Bankwest credit card

At Bankwest, we understand that life if full of surprises. Perhaps an unexpected bill comes in, or a big overseas holiday calls for additional funds.

That's why we've made it easy to increase your credit card limit.

If you're already a Bankwest credit card customer you may be invited to apply for a credit card limit increase through online banking. To receive these credit card limit increase invitations you'll firstly need to agree for us to send you them. You can do this by logging on to online banking and selecting 'forms' under 'self service'.

Decreasing the credit limit on your Bankwest credit card

To decrease the credit limit on your Bankwest credit card all you need to do is send the request to us in writing confirming your new reduced limit.

Please note that the outstanding balance of your card must be less than your requested new limit for us to complete your request.
