It couldn’t be easier to switch to Bankwest eStatements. Just follow the instructions from Step 1 below.

To sign up follow these easy steps:
- Call Bankwest on 1300 650 329 and we'll register you for Bankwest Online Banking over the phone first.
- We'll issue you a Personal Access Number (PAN) and a Secure Code by post. For security reasons, your Secure Code will arrive 2-4 days after your PAN arrives.
- Use your PAN and Secure Code to log on to BOB. You can also change your Secure Code to something easier for you to remember.
- You're ready to switch to eStatements!

If you're registered for BOB you can sign up for eStatements now:
- Log on to BOB with your Personal Account Number (PAN) and Secure Code
- Go to 'eStatements' in the BOB menu
- You'll see the list of your accounts that are eligible for eStatements. Choose the accounts you want to switch and click 'Register.'
