BOB is short for Bankwest Online Banking. BOB is an easy-to-use and secure way to do your banking 24/7, wherever you may be.
All you need to log onto online banking is your 8-digit Personal Access Number (PAN) and Secure Code.
If you’ve been with us for a while you may already have a PAN, which would have been sent to you in the mail when you first joined. It can also be found on the front of standard debit cards or printed on your bank statements.
Your four-digit Secure Code would have been mailed to you separately for security reasons.
If you can’t find your PAN or have forgotten your Secure Code, don’t worry. Just give us a call on 13 17 18 or pop into your local Bankwest store and we’ll be happy to help you get started with BOB.
And once you’ve logged into online banking, don’t forget to switch to the convenience of eStatements! !
