Part of Bankwest's Financial Indicator Series, the 4th annual Taxing Times research anonymously surveyed at least 800 individuals nationwide to assess their tax return experiences and expectations for the 2011/12 financial year. The Survey assesses aspects such as, the amount Australians expect to receive/pay in tax this financial year, the cost involved with lodging a tax return, and how they plan to either spend or save any refund they might receive.
