Fee refunds due to Monday 4 July connectivity issues

We're sorry.

Due to the inconvenience caused by our connectivity issues on Monday 4 July 2016, we'd like to confirm that we'll be automatically refunding the below fees for our customers:

  • All honour and dishonour fees charged on our customer accounts across Monday 4 - Tuesday 5 July 2016.
  • Any counter withdrawal fees incurred on Monday 4 July 2016 as a result of customers only being able to access cash in our stores on this day.

Depending on when the fee was charged to your account, the fee will either simply not appear on your transaction listing or you'll see a fee refund transaction on your statement, so there is no need to contact us about these fees being refunded. Again we apologise for the inconvenience.
