The security of your account is important to us. If you believe your account is being accessed without your knowledge, please report it to us immediately by calling 13 17 19 so the access to the account can be terminated.

  • There is an unfamiliar transaction on my account, what should I do?

    If you see a transaction on any of your accounts that you are unsure about, please call us on 13 17 19 immediately. If you have already spoken to one of our friendly staff, in order to help us resolve your dispute, please complete a Transaction Dispute form and fax it to 1300 765 515 as instructed on the form.

  • How long will it take to get my money back?

    If you have already lodged a Transaction Dispute form and you’re waiting for the funds to be returned to your account, please bear with us while we complete our investigation. Disputes of this nature can often take several weeks to resolve as we often need to retrieve documentation from the other financial institutions or merchants involved. We will contact you as soon as our investigation is complete.
