In case you need to contact us and your query is not one of an urgent nature, you can do so through our BankMail module via Bankwest Online Banking.
We are committed to responding to your query within 2 business days and if you provided us an email address (you can do this under the your details section of the user maintenance menu in BOB), we will forward a message to this email address whenever a BankMail message has been received.
To read the message you will need to log back onto Bankwest Online Banking.
BankMail is available through BOB. Simply log onto BOB and select bankmail from the message centre menu. Once your inbox has loaded you can read any of the messages by clicking on them.
Once you are in your BankMail you can select the message by checking the box next to the envelope and clicking delete.
Note: Folders can only be deleted when they are empty.
