Customize your BOB displays

With a name like BOB, we're big on nicknames. All accounts in online banking appear as the default name of their account type. However, if you want to get creative you can use this screen to change account nicknames, or the order in which your accounts appear - whatever makes life easier for you to indentify your accounts. The names you choose are only for use within BOB and will not appear on bank statements or any other correspondance so feel free to go wild!

Your account nicknames can be changed for any of your accounts.

Note: If you change a nickname for any of your accounts, it will change for all signatories of the account who access it through their online banking.

• How do I give one of my accounts a nickname?

  1. select account nicknames from the account information menu
  2. enter any nickname you want for any or all of the accounts listed
  3. click save

  Note: If you wish to return an account nickname back to its original default name, simply delete the contents of the nickname and click save.

• How do I change the order in which my accounts are displayed in BOB?

  1. select account nicknames from the account information menu
  2. select the account you wish to re-order
  3. tell BOB what position you want the selected account to be in and click move
