Statements

You can view, print and order statements by logging into Online Business Banking.If you would like to order a statement over the phone, speak to one of our Business Banking Specialists on 13 7000 and they will be happy to post out the statement/s you require.

To view an online Statement:

  1. Select Statements under the Account Information group;
  2. Select your account from the drop-down list;
  3. Click the statement you wish to view/print.

Printing Statements

The 'Print' option within OBB provides you with the ability to print only the information you need - saving you time and paper.

Click the Statements option on the main menu:

  1. Select the Account from the drop list;
  2. Click the required statement number under View Statement Number;
  3. Once you've got the statement you want displayed in OBB;
  4. Simply click on the 'Print' button at the top of the OBB window;
  5. You'll then be presented with a new window with the statement displayed in a 'printer friendly' format. Scroll through the pages and identify the statement page you need;
  6. Select the orange 'Print' button located at the top right-hand corner of the page;
  7. You can then choose whether to print a range of pages or all of the pages available.

Note: The default printer setting is portrait.

Order a Statement online:

  1. Select your account from the drop-down list;
  2. Select the required statement(s);
  3. Select the fee debit account from the drop-down list;
  4. Select the delivery method from the drop-down list (via fax or post);
  5. Click Order Statement.
