Account Amendments

  • Company Name Change

    To change/amend a company name, you will need to fill out an Operating Agreement (available from any bankwest branch or call 13 7000 and request one to be sent out to you), and a signed letter requesting the change.

    Please see supporting documents required below, before submitting the request.

    Change in Trading Name

    1. A letter from the company, requesting change of company name, signed in accordance with the Operating Agreement
    2. Operating Agreement signed by all signatories

    Note: For domestic proprietary or foreign registered companies, please complete the Identity Declaration form (attached to the Operating Agreement form) unless all Directors and ultimate beneficial owners have been listed as signatories.

    Adding Trading Name

    1. A letter from the company, requesting change of company name, signed in accordance with the Operating Agreement
    2. Operating Agreement signed by all signatories

    Change in Corporate Name

    1. A letter from the company, requesting change of company name, signed in accordance with the Operating Agreement
    2. Operating Agreement signed by all signatories

    Change in Trust

    1. A letter from the company, requesting change of company name, signed in accordance with the Operating Agreement
    2. Operating Agreement signed by all signatories

  • Removing / Adding Signatories

    To remove or add signatories on an account, we will need you to fill out an Operating Agreement (available from any bankwest branch or call 13 7000 and request one to be sent out to you).

    Adding or Deleting Company Director or Secretary

    1. Operating Agreement signed by all new and existing signatories

    Adding or Deleting Partners

    1. A letter from the Business, requesting change of signatories, signed in accordance with the existing Operating Agreement
    2. New Operating Agreement signed by all new and existing signatories

    Adding or Deleting Society

    1. A letter from the Society, signed in accordance with the existing Operating Agreement, or a minutes of the meeting requesting the change in signatories

    If deleting

    • New Operating Agreement with remaining signatories only

    If adding

    • Additional Signatory Form and Privacy Statement (available from any bankwest branch or call 13 7000 and request one to be sent out to you), signed by signatory

    Adding or Deleting all Other Parties

    1. A letter from the company or business, requesting change of signatories, signed in accordance with existing Operating Agreement

    If deleting

    • New Operating Agreement with remaining signatories only

    If adding

    • Additional Signatory Form and Privacy Statement (available from any bankwest branch or call 13 7000 and request one to be sent out to you) signed by signatory
