The User Maintenance group is used to maintain User access.

A Master User can add and maintain other users as required. It is the responsibility of Master Users to add and maintain Administrator Users and Employee Users, including resetting passwords.

Edit your Details

Master Users can view/edit their personal details in the ‘Your Details’ module (Administrator and Employee Users have limited functionality).

Change Password

Depending on the type of user logged on, this module will show as either Change Password or Reset Password.

  • Changing Your Secure Password

    Using this module, Administrator Users and Employee Users can reset their own Secure Password.

    • Select Change Password under the User Maintenance group;
    • Enter your Existing Password;
    • Enter you New Password;
    • Re-enter your new Password in the Confirm New Password field;
    • Click Submit.
  • Reset a Secure Password

    Using this module, Master Users can reset Secure Passwords for Users that are not using Security Tokens.

    • Select Reset Password under the User Maintenance group;
    • Select a user and click Reset Password;
    • Enter a New Password;
    • Re-enter the new Password in the Confirm New Password field;
    • Click Submit.

Activity Report

The User Activity Report module allows you to view the activity of Users within Online Business Banking.

  • View User Activity


    • Select Activity Report from the User Maintenance group;
    • Select the User from the drop-down list;
    • Select the period to search from the drop-down list;
    • Click Filter.
