OBB enables you to choose which users can access your accounts and the level of access they can have. For example, you may want to give limited access to a bookkeeper, accountant or finance clerk.
A Master user is a person who is authorised by the Account Holder as a signatory of a Nominated Account, and is authorised to create and authorise payments and Direct Debits, and create administrator users and employee users.
To add a new Master user to your OBB account you will need to complete the Online Business Banking Application & Amendment Form (PDF, 612.7685546875KB) and send it to us via fax, post or email:

An Administrator user is a person authorised by a Master user to have a limited level of access to OBB and its various functions. A Master user can delegate all or any part of the master user's authority, apart from the authority to authorise payments, Direct Debits and set up / reset passwords for employee users.
An Employee user is a person authorised by a Master user or an Administrator user to have a limited level of access to OBB and its various functions.
A Master user can create, modify and remove users by selecting 'User List' under the 'User Maintenance' menu.
Master users can reset the secure passwords of other users within OBB. Administrator and Employee users can only change their own password.
Master users can reset a password by selecting 'Reset Password' under the 'User Maintenance' menu.
Administrator an employee users can change their password by selecting 'Change Password' under the 'User Maintenance' menu.
