The International Transfers payment option is a convenient and time-saving feature that allows you to:
If you are sending money to certain countries, you may also need an International Bank Account Number (IBAN). The recipient will need to provide you with their bank's IBAN if applicable.
Master users will need to provide Administrator and Employee users the International Transfer payment privileges to their account.
The default limit for International Transfer payments is set at your current daily payment limit or $50,000 (whichever is lower).
You can send a maximum of $100,000 for each International Transfer, however you can still send multiple international transfers a day, up to your daily payment limit.
If you do not wish to send money overseas, you can set your International Transfers payment limit to $0.
To change your International Transfer payment limit contact your Relationship Manager or call us on 13 7000.
International Transfer payments submitted and approved before the payment cut-off time will be processed the same day. Payments approved after the payment cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

* We may use an intermediary bank to complete your payment. Other bank charges and fees are unknown to us and therefore not accounted for in the fees quoted above. This could mean the recipient may receive a lesser amount in their account than what you had originally sent. If you request to recall the payment for any reason, the other bank may still debit an unknown amount for incurred costs.
