Logging on to online business banking will be different if you are a master user to if you are an administrative or employee user.
A PAN is an individual Personal Access Number assigned to each User by Bankwest to identify them. To gain access to Online Business Banking, each User must have a PAN. New Master Users can find their PAN in the welcome letter under the section titled “Your facility details”. Administrative and Employee Users can confirm their PAN by talking to the Master User who created their Online Business Banking access.
If you are still unable to locate your PAN please call the Bankwest Contact Centre on 13 7000 or visit your nearest Bankwest Store.
The PIN is a four digit Personal Identification Number unique to each Master User. For Security purposes, you will be prompted to change your PIN when you login to Online Business Banking for the first time.
To reset your pin please contact the Bankwest Contact Centre on 13 7000 or visit your nearest Bankwest Store.
A "Master User" is a person who is authorised by the Account Holder as Signatory of a Nominated Account. As a Master User you will need 3 items to login:
1. Personal Access Number (PAN)
2. Security Token
3. Personal Identification Number (PIN)
It's an important security device used by Master Users to login to Online Business Banking and to authorise payments. The Security Token generates a random code (a 6 digit number) every 60 seconds and is used along with your 4 digit PIN to logon and authorise payments (this is known as your 'Secure Code').
Your 10 digit Secure Code is the combination of the 4-digit PIN followed directly by the 6-digit number displayed on your Security Token.
