Here's some handy information to help you manage your Bankwest business credit card. If you have a Relationship Manager, they'll be more than happy to help if you still have questions. Otherwise, you can visit your nearest Bankwest Business Banking Centre .

• Increase your limit

  Apply to increase the limit on your Bankwest Business MasterCard®:

  • Complete an Application for Bankwest Business MasterCard (PDF, 430KB) and mail it to your Business Banking Manager.

  Apply to increase the limit on your Bankwest Corporate MasterCard:

  • Complete an Application for Bankwest Corporate MasterCard (PDF, 843KB) and mail it to your Business Banking Manager.

• Add an additional cardholder

  Apply to add another cardholder to your existing Bankwest Business MasterCard:

  • Complete a New Card Application for Bankwest Business MasterCard (PDF, 789KB) and mail it to your Business Banking Manager.

  Apply to add another cardholder to your existing Bankwest Corporate MasterCard:

  • Complete a New Card Application for Bankwest Corporate MasterCard (PDF, 778KB) and mail it to your Business Banking Manager.

• Set up a balance transfer or direct debit

  Apply to initiate a balance transfer from another credit card or set up a direct debit:

  • Complete a Balance Transfer Request & Direct Debit Form (PDF, 212KB) and mail it to your Business Banking Manager.

• Dispute a transaction

  You can dispute a transaction on your Bankwest credit card by:

  • Contacting us on 13 7000
  • Visiting any Bankwest Branch
  • Completing and mailing a Credit Card Transaction Dispute Form (PDF, 87KB) to us at Bankwest Card Services, Reply Paid, PO Box 8411, Perth BC WA 6849
