At Bankwest, we’re on a mission to make banking a more positive experience for everyone. Imagine if you could get the same service in a bank that you might get in a retail store. If you could actually talk to someone up close, rather than behind a protective glass barrier. With Happy Banking, you don’t have to imagine. We’re shaking things up in the banking world and are setting a new standard for the basics, like having real coffee for customers, no chains on pens and giving out ice creams on a hot day. Happy Banking didn’t just happen overnight, it’s something we've been studying for some time. Even before we started coming up with ideas for products and services, we felt it was vital to conduct extensive research with some of the happiest things known to man. Real experts in happiness, if you will.
