Appointed to the Bankwest Board as a Director in May 2009, Harvey became Chairman in February 2010. A professional Company Director, Harvey is also Chairman of Navitas Ltd and Deputy Chairman of Verve Energy.

Harvey has held senior managerial positions within the financial and energy industries, including Challenge Bank Ltd, Chieftain Securities Ltd and Western Power Corporation. He also serves as a Director of Hagar International, an international non-government organisation serving vulnerable women and children in Asia.

Harvey is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Society of CPAs and a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.

Rob was appointed Managing Director of Bankwest in April 2012. Before joining Bankwest, Rob held a variety of Senior Executive positions at the Commonwealth Bank, including Executive General Manager, Retail and Business Banking, Executive General Manager, Corporate Financial Services and Head of Group Investments for ASB in New Zealand, a subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank.

Prior to the Commonwealth Bank, Rob was with National Australia Bank and held a number of roles across Corporate Strategy, Institutional Banking and Business Banking.

Rob has a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Business Administration.

A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Senior Fellow of Finsia, Jenny has held a number of senior managerial positions within the professional services and financial services industries including Gresham Partners, Hartley Poynton, HongKongBank Group and Touche Ross. She retired as an Executive Director of Gresham in 2008 to pursue a career as a non executive director. She is a non executive director of Iluka Resources Limited, MG Kailis Holdings Pty Ltd and IRESS Market Technology Ltd. She is also a senior advisor to Gresham Partners Limited, a member of the Takeovers Panel, a member of ASIC's External Advisory Group and Finsia's Corporate Advisory Group.

Jenny's previous board positions have included West Australian Newspapers Holdings Limited, Western Power Corporation, AlintaGas, Princess Margaret and King Edward Memorial Hospital. She has served as a Council member of the Edith Cowan University and provided consultative advice to the Federal Government through the Corporation's Law Simplification Task Force.

Bob is the Managing Director of Fleetwood Corporation Ltd and has previously held a number of Directorial positions including Managing Director of Austal Ltd, The Australian Shipbuilders Association and OAMPS Ltd.

Bob is a Fellow of CPA Australia and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Bob has held senior managerial positions within the light manufacturing/industrial industries.

Garry joined the Commonwealth Bank in 1973. He held a number of senior executive positions both within the CBA's Australia and the United States operations including Regional Treasurer Americas, Head of Financial Markets Distribution and Head of CBA Group Planning and Development. Most recently Garry held the position of Group Executive International Financial Services. He retired from CBA in June 2009.

Gary was appointed to the Bankwest Board in December 2008.

In July 2009 Simon became Group Executive International Financial Services in CBA with overall responsibilities for Bankwest and the Group's various banking and insurance businesses in Asia. Prior to taking up this position he was Managing Director, Sovereign Assurance (New Zealand).

Simon has worked for the World Bank in Washington DC and has held a number of senior management positions, including CEO of Inner and Eastern Health Care Network and COO Medibank Private.

Simon was appointed to the Bankwest Board in August 2009.
